Delivery/Shipping

Orders before midday (12pm) are dispatched the same day.

All UK orders include free delivery and are sent by Royal Mail 48 fully tracked.

International orders are sent by Royal Mail international shipping for £11.99.

Orders will usually arrive in 2-3 days after you make the order (UK). International (Global) orders are expected to take 7-10 days.

Returns

Faulty/damaged goods can be returned for a full refund and we will cover shipping costs. 

If you order the wrong item or change your mind, you can return your order for free for a full refund.

Clothing- Any clothing/dress up that doesn't fit can also be returned for free for a full refund.

Orders can be cancelled up until they have been dispatched by calling 01273 513909 where you can speak to a member of our team who will happily cancel or amend your order.

If your order has already been dispatched then unfortunately, it is too late to cancel. However, you are welcome to return the item for a full refund.

We have a refund/replace policy- If your order is lost or damaged we will replace it for free.
