A small amount of moisture is required to force the tight fitting latex fully over the pegs protruding from either side of pouch and frame.
At the head, always leave a small gap between the elastic and frame to allow the rotation bearings to function correctly.

Aqua – Ultra Soft Blue elastic
Red - Light Red elastic
Green - Strong Green latex.
Orange - X-Strong Orange latex.
